Education

He is a member of the Baltimore CFA society. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Towson University in 1993 and his Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute in 1998. He is a member of the Baltimore CFA society, which promotes educational opportunities for, and collaboration among, CFA charter holders.

Personal

One of eight children, Damian was born in Warwick, R.I., before his parents moved their family to the Baltimore area. He is married with two grown children.

He has appeared on Bloomberg TV and Radio, and has been quoted in Bloomberg News, the Chicago Tribune, Crain's Chicago Business, the Baltimore Business Journal, and the New York Times.

Education

He earned a bachelor's degree in finance, summa cum laude, from Towson University in 1997, and earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation from CFA Institute in 2001. He is a member of the Baltimore CFA society.

Personal

Jeff was raised in Olney, Md., and he currently resides in Towson, Md., with his wife and three young children.

Alexandra Stewart

Background

As a Financial Planner at Buttonwood, Alex prepares and presents financial plans for clients, constructing cash flow forecasts and analyzing investments, workplace benefits, insurance, taxes and debts.

Alex began as an intern at Buttonwood in 2015 before accepting a full-time position upon graduation. Her interest in finance blossomed in high school, where she worked and saved enough to cover her college costs without any loans.

Education

Alex graduated in 2016 from Towson University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. She is currently studying for the CFP® certification.

Personal

Alex is from Fallston, Md., where her parents raised her and her one sister. She currently resides in Baltimore, Md. In her free time, Alex enjoys volunteering in support of breast cancer awareness and by organizing blood drives for local universities.
